Nicole Starker is a dynamic and achievement-oriented social media manager and artistic planning coordinator with a strong foundation in the arts. She combines her passion for music and dance with expertise in digital strategy, only working with businesses and individuals that she personally connects with.

Currently serving as the Social Media Manager for the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Nicole spearheads content based on strategies, analyzes performance metrics, and adapts campaigns to the orchestra’s needs. Her role involves crafting engaging content and managing digital narratives across multiple platforms.

Nicole also serves as Secretary, Treasurer, Content Manager, and Board Member for the Starker Foundation, where she skillfully handles inquiries, organizes applications, and enhances the foundation’s online presence.

Her freelance work as a Social Media Management Independent Contractor for Primo Artists showcased her ability to develop comprehensive content plans, collaborate with presenters for optimal media coverage, and design captivating graphics to strengthen brand identity.

Earlier in her career, Nicole worked with the Cleveland Ballet Orchestra as an Assistant to the Music Advisor, where she coordinated logistics and facilitated score preparation, further enriching her understanding of the performing arts industry.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a Minor in Psychology from The College of Wooster, graduating cum laude. She earned the Dean’s Award, a dance scholarship, and achieved a 3.65 GPA. Her academic journey began at Laurel School, where she graduated with High Honors and a 3.97 GPA. Nicole’s dedication to the arts began early, and is reflected in her early studies at the School of the Cleveland Ballet, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and her piano lessons with Michelle Cann and Artina McCain.
